Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy explains what data this website collects and why. Data processing within a PulsePath pilot is governed separately, by the agreement signed with each organization before it starts.

1. Controller

Max Borra Palau (NIF 26063222J), L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: max@getpulsepath.com.

2. What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, company or organization, contact type, shift workforce size (for companies) and your message.
  • Call booking: the details you enter in the calendar (name, email and optional notes) and the time you choose.

This website does not use its own cookies or any analytics tools.

The form prepares a draft in your browser. Your details are not sent by this website: we only receive them when you send the message from your email app.

3. Purpose and legal basis

To reply to your message, organize the call and, if you ask, prepare a pilot proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or book, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation lasts and at most 12 months after the last contact if no relationship follows. Then it is deleted.

5. Who else processes it

  • Google Calendar and Google Meet, which handle bookings and video calls. The booking page loads when you click to view available times.
  • Google (Calendar and Meet), if we arrange a call, to schedule and hold it.
  • Zoho, provider of the max@getpulsepath.com mailbox.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to max@getpulsepath.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
